Groups for the Fall of 2022 are now full. Please click here if you would like to be on the list for the next round of groups in 2023.

I am supervised and trained by Patrick Teahan who has been running these groups for many years and originally learned this method from Amanda Curtin.

This is a structured, experientially based online trauma group for people who grew up in dysfunctional families and as adults want to find a safe place to join with others to heal. This group is for anyone in Canada, USA or South America. If you are in Europe or the UK and want to participate in a group, please reach out to Cal Taylor.

Please see more information below and let me know if you would like to schedule an intake interview! Groups Now Full until 2023.

Start your healing journey from childhood trauma in a supportive community.

The group is for adults who think they have (or may have) experienced trauma during childhood and are considering any of the following questions:

• Even though I have difficult childhood memories, was it really that bad?

In other words: Was it right how my parents treated me (what they did and/or did not do)?

Was it right what they led me to believe about myself, about our family, and about how to interact in relationships?

• Did my childhood experience leave me with emotional and relational difficulties that have significant negative consequences in my present life?

• How can I gain awareness of how those present difficulties are linked to my childhood experience, and how can I create a recovery path, a process toward healing?

If you are interested in exploring the answers to these questions in a safe, supportive, experiential group led by an experienced and trained clinician, please fill out a contact form below and express your interest in an intake interview!
